1 su bardağı domates salçası
1 su bardağı acı biber salçası (dilerseniz acısız da kullanabilirsiniz)
1 su bardağı süzme zeytinyağı
2 su bardağı ekmek kırıntısı
1 su bardağı ezilmiş ceviz
6 diş ezilmiş sarımsak
2 çay kaşığı karabiber
2 çay kaşığı kimyon
2 çay kaşığı pul biber (istenirse, tatlı biber salçası için)
1 yemek kaşığı limon suyu veya nar ekşisi (istenirse)
NASIL HAZIRLIYORUZ ?
Limon suyu ile kırmızı biber karıştırılır. Kızarmış ekmek ile ceviz bir robotta çekilir ve geniş bir kapta kırmızıbiber limon karışımı ile birleştirilir. Bütün malzemeleri karıştırma kabına alıyoruz ve iyice birbirine yedirene kadar karıştırıyoruz. Ağzı kapalı kaba veya cam kavanoza doldurup dolapta muhafaza ediyoruz. İstediğiniz zaman servis yapabilirsiniz (en az bir kaç saat bekletip servis yapınca daha güzel oluyor. Bekledikçe lezzeti artıyor)Dilerseniz ekmeğin üzerine sürüp yiyebilirsiniz.
