250 Gr Kuşbaşı Et
500 gr Çağla
1 Su Bardağı Nohut
250 gr Süzme Yoğurt
1 Adet Yumurta
3 Adet Taze Soğan ve sarmısak
1/4 çay bardağı Zeytinyağı
1 Tutam Haspir
Karabiber
Tuz
2 diş sarmısak
1 yemek kaşığı Tereyağı
Çağla aşı Nasıl Yapılır
Çağlalar ikiye kesilip çekirdekleri çıkartılır. bir tencerede üzerine su konarak 5 dakika kaynatılır. Kaynatılan çağla 2 saat kadar bekletilir.
Etler yıkanır, üzerne 6 bardak su ilave ederek kaynatılır. Kaynayan etin üzerindeki köpükler alınır.
Etlerin üzerine nohut ve tuz ilave ederek yumuşayıncaya kadar pişirilir. Çağla ve sarımsaklar ve soğanlar kaynayan etin üzerine ilave edilip 15 dakika daha kaynatılır.
Diğer tarafta 3 bardak süzme yoğurt, 1 adet yumurta ve zeytinyağı ile hafif pişirilir. Bu pişirme esnasında yoğurdun üzerine azar azar yemeğin suyundan ilave edilir.
Pişen yoğurt kaynamaya başlayınca, pişen yemeğin üzerine ilave edilir 2 dakika kaynatılır.Daha sonra üzerine kızdırılmış yağ, karabiber ve haspir gezdirilir.
Çağla aşın sıcak olarak bulgur ve pirinç pilavı ile birlikte servis yapılır.
