Fırın tepsisine fırın kağıdını serin ve içine fındıkları yayıp, fırında fındıkları kavurun. Blender, robot, yahut rondodon geçirip toz haline getirin. Bir tencereye limon tuzu, tereyağ ve zencefil dışındaki malzemeleri koyup 15 dakika pişirin. Köpükleri kaşıkla temizleyebilirsiniz. Zencefili, tereyağını ve suda erittiğiniz limon tuzunu ekledikten sonra, bir süre daha kısık ateşte istediğiniz kıvamı alana kadar tutun. Ocaktan indirip soğumaya bırakın, sonra da kavanoza boşaltın.
