Çocukluğumuzdan hatırladığımız, sokaklarda satılan şambali (şam) tatlısı dilim dilim üzerinde fıstık ile sunulur. Şambali tatlısı, çay veya kahve ile mükemmel bir uyum sağlıyor. Misafirleriniz mutlaka beğeneceği şambali tatlısı tarifimiz.
Antep Fıstıklı Şambali Tatlısı tarifi

Nasıl Yapılır
Önce şerbetimizi hazırlıyoruz su ve şekeri 10 dk kaynatın. Portakal suyunu ekleyip 5 dk daha kaynatın, altını kapatın. Portakal aroması tamamen damak tadınıza bağlı isterseniz portakal suyu yerine birkaç damla limon kullanabilirsiniz. İrmik, şeker ve kabartma tozunu hamur kabında harmanlayın 1 su bardağı yoğurdu ekleyip karıştırın. Oldukça koyu bir hamur olacak zaten istediğimizde bu büyük yuvarlak borcam tepsiyi yağlayın, hamurun yarısını borcama boşaltın. Antep fıstıklarını serpin kalan hamuru üzerine döküp kaşıkla yayın. 180 derece fırında alt üst nar gibi kızarana kadar pişirin.
Pişen tatlımızı 3-4 dk bekletiyoruz, ilk sıcaklığı geçsin diye. İstediğiniz şekilde dilimleyin ve ılık olan şerbeti üzerine dökün. Bu şekilde 2-3 saat beklemesi uygun oluyor. Hindistan cevizi ve Antep fıstığı ile süsleyebilirsiniz
