ANTEP FISTIĞI TATLISI TARİFİ İÇİN MALZEMELER
Hamuru İçin; 8 Adet Yumurta 5 fincan Toz şeker 4 fincan un 8 fincan Toz Antep Fıstığı 1 fincan eritilmiş Yağ Bir Fiske Tuz
Şerbet için: 2 Su Bardağı Toz Şeker 3 su bardağı su Birkaç damla Limon Suyu
Üzeri için: 2 kahve fincanı çekilmiş antep fıstığı
ANTEP FISTIĞI TATLISI HAZIRLANIŞI
Tereyağını eritip ılıtın. Yumurtaların sarılarını aklarından ayırın. Sarılarına toz şeker ilave edip mikserle iyice çırpın, eritilmiş tereyağı, fıstık ve en son unu ilave ederek çırpmaya devam edin. Yumurta aklarına bir tutam tuz ekleyip mikserle kar halinde çırpın ve hamurumuza ekleyip tahta kaşıkla karıştırın. Karışımı yağlanmış fırın tepsisine boşaltın. Önceden ısıtılmış 180 derece fırında pişirin.
Şerbetini hazırlamak için toz şeker ve suyu bir tencerede 10-15 dakika kaynatıp orta koyulukta bir şurup elde edin. Limon suyunu ekleyip ocaktan alın.
Şerbetimizi soğuttuktan sonra fırından çıkan sıcak tatlının üzerine gezdirerek dökün ve soğumaya bırakın. Tatlı soğuduktan sonra küçük kare dilimler halinde kesin. Antepfıstığı ile süsleyip servis yapın.
NOT: Şurup soğuk, tatlı sıcak olmalıdır.
