6 yaşından itibaren İstanbul'un çeşitli mekanlarında şarkı söylemeye başlayan Can Gox, müzik eğitimini Bilgi Üniversitesi'nden kazandığı burs eşliğinde devam ettirdi.
Gox; eğitim süresince Randy Esen, Nükhet Ruacan, E. Ali Perret, Aydın Esen, Mike Wilkens, L. Butch Morris, Neşet Ruacan gibi değerli eğitmenlerle yaşadığı paylaşım ve birikimi sahne performansına yansıtmayı müzikal felsefe olarak amaç edindi. 2000 senesinde kurulan Blues-Mobil Swing/Jump Blues ile yola çıkan Can Gox, daha sonra seslendirdiği beste ve yorumları ile dizi filmlerde duyuldu.
